When are participants reassessed? Assessments must be conducted at least annually; however, EF POs reassess clients at least monthly for barriers to employment and the need for supportive payments or updates to the individual employment plan. How are participants reassessed? Clients are reassessed in accordance with the established assessment process followed by EF POs.
