It is free to enroll in CHP+ and you do not have co-pays. All pregnancy care is free, including prenatal care, labor and delivery, and visits after you deliver.

CHP+ Now Covers Doulas and Lactation Support Services!

If you qualify for CHP+ during your pregnancy, you are guaranteed coverage for 12 months after your pregnancy ends as long as you tell CHP+ that you are pregnant.

How to let us know you are pregnant:

Sign in to your Colorado PEAK account and report a change.

Call your local department of human services .

Call the Member Contact Center: 800-221-3943 (State Relay: 711).

Call CHP+ Customer Service: 800-359-1991

After you have your baby, ask CHP+ to add your newborn to your case. Newborns qualify for a full year of coverage from their date of birth. To enroll your newborn, call CHP+ Customer Service at 800-359-1991 .
