40-159 SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR DETERMINING ELIGIBILITY

.1 Aid Received Previously in Another County

When aid was received previously in another county, the county to which the recipient has moved will be responsible for determining the recipient's continued eligibility for payment of aid.

.2 Aid Received Previously in Another Program

When aid was received previously under another public social services program, or as medically needy only, the determination of eligibility made under such other program is to be used, to the maximum extent possible, in determining eligibility under this program.
