Procedures

If revised rates impact payment to child care providers the R&R/APP Agencies must:

Take actions in accordance with the S1CC contract.

Send a Child Care Payment Change Notice of Action (ST1-15) to the participant for changes affecting S1CC provider payments.

Send an S1CC Provider Notification form (ST1-06) to the child care provider for changes affecting S1CC provider payments.

If selected provider's rates exceed the RMR R&R/APP Agencies must inform the participant that the participant is responsible for payment to the provider for any amount above the RMR ceilings.
