Details of Public Law 119-21, section 70522 , One Big Beautiful Bill Act

The provision disallows the carbon oxide sequestration credit for a taxpayer that is a specified foreign entity and foreign-influenced entity and modifies the credit amount for specified projects.

California does not conform to the carbon oxide sequestration credit. As a result, California does not conform to the changes made by this provision.
