Details of Public Law 119-21, section 70508 , One Big Beautiful Bill Act

The provision changes the sunset date of the new energy efficient home credit from qualified new energy efficient homes acquired after December 31, 2032, to qualified new energy efficient homes acquired after June 30, 2026.

California does not conform to the new energy efficient home credit. As a result, California does not conform to the changes made by this provision.
