A non-refundable advanced manufacturing investment credit is allowed for the qualified investment to any advanced manufacturing facility of an eligible taxpayer. This provision increases the credit from 25 percent to 35 percent.
California does not conform to the advanced manufacturing investment credit. As a result, California does not conform to the changes made by this provision.
