MAP1303 Processing ALTCS Applications [Section B] Dispositioning SSI MAO, FTW, and MSP for ALTCS Applications

“Processing Active FTW, SSI-MAO and MSP when denying ALTCS” step/action table updated: Added a new step to determine if the customer has other AHCCCS eligibility when ALTCS is denied. Clarified processing requirements for ALTCS denials due to missed financial appointments or voluntary withdrawals. Added clarification on the appropriate denial, approval, and redetermination actions for ALTCS, SSI-MAO, FTW, and MSP eligibility. Removed “Application Taken in Error” for SSI-MAO, FTW, and MSP when no eligibility changes were identified.

Note to staff: Do not use “Application Taken in Error” for the SSI MAO, FTW or MSP.
