SNAP CERTIFICATION MANUAL – SECTION 1000
1836 Monthly Reports and On-Site Visits SNAP Manual 02/01/20 Each group living arrangement must maintain a Daily Census Report. A copy will be provided to the appropriate county office at the end of each month. Daily and monthly totals must be shown. If a treatment center has multiple locations, each location must maintain and submit Daily Census Reports. County offices will make random, periodic on-site visits to each participating group living arrangement located in that county. If a center has multiple locations, each site must be visited. The purpose of the visit will be to ensure the accuracy of the Daily Census Report by comparing it to the center’s records. A Record of On-Site Visit will be used to document the on-site visit. The Record of On-Site Visit may be accessed via DHS SHARE.
