A household may also request an administrative hearing to dispute the amount of the restoration, the method of calculation, or the amount of offset. Hearings must be requested within 90 days of the date that the household was notified, in writing, of the restoration. If a hearing is requested before benefits are restored, the amount calculated by the county office will be issued to the household.
