In these instances, for occasional reporters, the worker will use the procedures in SNAP 12400. Semi-annual reporters will be asked to explain these circumstances before the semi-annual report form is processed (see SNAP 11550). The case record must also be reviewed to determine if a change in work registration status has occurred. See the chart below:
