Document must include: 1. The name of the stock; 2. The number of the stocks held by the household; 3. The per-share value; 4. The figures used to calculate the total value of the stock; and 5. The verification obtained. When stock is sold, the household is converting a resource from one form to another. The net amount received will be considered a liquid resource.
