M-320 Responsibility of Central Office Accounting Section MS Manual 01/01/14 The Central Office Accounts Receivable Section will be responsible for receiving and processing all monies collected.

M-330 Recovery MS Manual 01/01/14 Overpayments are subject to recovery action in accordance with federal regulations. The Overpayments Unit will decide if overpayments will be recovered. Recovery is regaining monies lost by the Agency as a result of overpayments. Restitution is securing payment (e.g., cashier’s check or money order payable to the Agency) for overpayments received.
