7.1 Describe how you will ensure that the LIHEAP program is coordinated with other programs available to low-income households (TANF, SSI, WAP, etc.). Joint application for multiple programs (indicate programs included) Intake referrals to/from other programs (indicate programs included) Referrals to the State Department of Human Resources are provided to households that may be eligible for SNAP benefits as well as to single parents of children under age 18 for child support. Referrals to State Career Centers are provided to applicants who are of working age. One - stop intake centers Other - Describe: ADECA administers the LIHEAP, the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Program, and the Weatherization Assistance Program. These programs are administered at the local level by community action agencies and non-profit agencies which aids in improving the close coordination between the programs.
