403 Awaiting Verification of Alien Status

If verification of eligible alien status as required in Section 205(B) is not provided on a timely basis by the household, determine the eligibility of the remaining household members. The income and resources of the individual whose alien status is unverified are handled as outlined in Section 1102(B). If verification of eligible alien status is subsequently received from the household, act on the information as a reported change in household membership in accordance with appropriate timeliness standards.
