AS 47.25.430 AS 47.25.460 7 AAC 40.340. Excluded income of parents. Repealed 4/6/91. 7 AAC 40.350. Computation of income. The following computations are made to determine total monthly income:

(1) the monthly income available to the applicant is identified by source, type, and amount;

(2) from the amounts identified are subtracted any amounts which are excluded under 7 AAC 40.320 or 7 AAC 40.330;
