(c) A certificate will be issued by the department if the applicant meets the requirements of 7 AAC 26.820 for EMD certification. (1) provide evidence of successful completion within two years before the date of application of a department-approved EMD training program;

(2) provide evidence of a valid CPR credential; and

(3) pay a non-refundable application fee of $10 to the department.
