(2) an estimate of revenue-sharing under AS 29.89.030, and other federal and state support that the facility could receive during each of the five years; and

(3) an estimate of current taxable property values in the area or areas that the facility would serve under the grant. A facility receiving financial assistance under AS 18.25.070 — 18.25.110 shall work with other programs in its service area providing the same kinds of services to assure that delivery of services is coordinated with the other programs, to minimize duplication of services, and to best meet the needs of the service area population.
