If additional breast, cervical, or directly related cancer is found after a treatment period has ended and Medicaid eligibility has terminated, a woman must be recertified as eligible for the screening program described in (a)(1) of this section before Medicaid eligibility can be reestablished. (c) A woman who is eligible under this section is eligible for all Medicaid covered services as determined under 7 AAC 105 — 7 AAC 160. (d) In this section, “creditable coverage” has the meaning given in 42 U.S.C. 1396a(aa)(4), except that “creditable coverage” includes coverage for the type of cancer for which the beneficiary needs treatment.
