(20) 7 AAC 40.360 (Prior Resources). (b) The following requirements apply to eligibility determinations under 7 AAC 100.400 — 7 AAC 100.426, except that they do not apply to individuals eligible under 7 AAC 100.410 or 7 AAC 100.412 who are also receiving SSI or APA cash assistance:

(1) the department will accept a properly executed qualifying income trust under 7 AAC 100.610 when determining income eligibility;
