Psychiatric hospitals 7 AAC 12.220. Substance abuse hospitals 7 AAC 12.225. Rehabilitation hospitals 7 AAC 12.200. Scope. A hospital which is primarily engaged in the treatment of one specific type of illness or disability is a specialized hospital, and must comply with 7 AAC 12.200 — 7 AAC 12.210 and the applicable provisions of 7 AAC 12.215 — 7 AAC 12.225. A hospital described in 7 AAC 12.200 must provide nursing, dietetic, medical record, and pharmaceutical services on site.
