(6) “nonprofit corporation” means a corporation for which a certificate of incorporation has been issued under AS 10.20.161;

(7) “pilot project” means a project which

(A) is designed to test a concept in or method for delivering direct services to older Alaskans which has not been tested in the location in which the pilot project is to be implemented; and

(B) will not duplicate direct services otherwise provided to older Alaskans in the location in which pilot project is to be implemented;

(8) “program” means the program for awarding grants under this chapter.
