7 AAC 72.330. Reconsideration. A mental health professional whose application is denied under 7 AAC 72.320 may, within 30 days after the denial, request reconsideration of the application by the department. The request for reconsideration may contain additional materials that support the application and are relevant to the denial. The department will rule on the request for reconsideration within 30 days after receiving a request. (Eff. 3/30/85, Register 93) Statutory Authority: Authority: AS 47.30.660 AS 47.30.915 7 AAC 72.340. Annual renewal. A mental health professional designated by the department to conduct evaluations shall, on an annual basis, submit a statement to the department certifying that he or she continues to qualify as a mental health professional under AS 47.30.915(13). Upon receipt of the statement, the department will renew the designation for the next year unless it finds that the mental health professional no longer meets the standards for designation.
