(c) Taking into consideration the preference of the applicant, and the assessment under 7 AAC 67.035(a), the department may impose a condition on a provisional foster home license. (d) If the department decides not to issue or to deny a provisional foster home license, the department will issue a written notice to the applicant. In the notice, the department will outline the reasons for nonissuance or denial of the provisional foster home license and the process for appeal of this determination under AS 47.32.070.
