On February 8, 2024, as required by AS 44.62.245 and AS 47.05.012, the department gave notice that the following amended version of material, previously adopted by reference in 7 AAC 57.990, was in effect as of January 1, 2024: the 2024 version of the American Medical Association’s International Classification of Diseases — 10th Revision, Clinical Modification, (ICD-10-CM). (A) obtaining comments on current department procedures and practices involving children and family services; and
