Editor’s note: From the time of the adoption of 7 AAC 36.140 in 1983 until its correction in Register 102 (July 1987), this section jumped from subsection (b) to subsection (d) with no subsection (c) in between. Effective July 1, 2022, Executive Order 121 split the former Department of Health and Social Services into the Department of Health and the Department of Family and Community Services.
