AS 47.25.120 AS 47.25.160 7 AAC 47.845. Review of eligibility. Upon receiving information indicating a change in an individual’s situation that could affect eligibility for assistance under 7 AAC 47.800 — 7 AAC 47.890, the department will investigate and, if necessary, adjust, suspend, or terminate the assistance. AS 47.25.120 AS 47.25.160 7 AAC 47.890. Definitions. In 7 AAC 47.800 — 7 AAC 47.890, unless the context requires otherwise,

(1) “gross income” means income before any deduction;
