47.599. A report of change must be made within 10 days after the event occurs, and may be made by a responsible person acting on behalf of the individual. (b) Changes that must be reported under (a) of this section include

(1) a change in mailing or residence address;

(2) the death of an individual receiving assistance;

(3) an admission to or discharge from an institution or a facility specified in 7 AAC 47.553(a);

(4) an absence from this state for 30 consecutive days or more; and

AS 47.45.301 AS 47.45.304 7 AAC 47.563. Review of eligibility. Upon receiving information indicating a change in an individual’s situation that could affect eligibility for assistance under AS 47.45.301 — 47.45.309 and 7 AAC 47.547 — 7 AAC 47.599, the department will investigate and, if necessary, adjust, suspend, or terminate the assistance. The department may require an individual to complete a review form annually, or more frequently if circumstances warrant, on a form approved by the department, to determine if the individual continues to be eligible to receive assistance under AS 47.45.301 — 47.45.309 and 7 AAC 47.547 — 7 AAC 47.599.
