7 AAC 47.410. Availability of hearing. (a) An individual is entitled to a prompt hearing before a department representative, upon oral or written request directed to the department, if

(1) the individual’s application is not acted upon within 30 days after receipt by the department;

(2) the individual’s application is modified or denied; or

AS 47.24.011 AS 47.25.180 7 AAC 47.420. Report of change. An individual who receives financial assistance under 7 AAC 47.300 — 7 AAC 47.535 must report any change in the individual’s circumstances that could affect the individual’s eligibility or the amount of the individual’s assistance under this chapter to the department not later than 10 working days after the individual’s circumstances change. A report of change under this section may be made by a responsible person acting on behalf of the individual.
