(4) pregnant-woman standard, used when the assistance unit consists of a pregnant woman who has no other children eligible to receive ATAP benefits: Assistance Unit Size 185 Percent Standard Need Standard 1 $1,089 $589 (b) The standards set out in (a) of this section are adjusted each year by a percentage increase equal to the cost-of-living percentage increase in SSI benefits for that year. An increase in the standards under this subsection takes effect on the same day as the commensurate cost-of-living increase in SSI benefits. Maximum payment levels. (a) ATAP benefits under this chapter are subject to the following maximum payment levels:

(1) $821 for an assistance unit that includes one caretaker relative and a dependent child, plus $102 for each additional child and $102 for a second parent if the second parent is physically or mentally unable to perform gainful activity as described in 7 AAC 45.235;

(2) $452 for a dependent child living in the home of a non-needy relative, plus $102 for each additional dependent child;
