3005-3 EXPEDITED PROCESSING FOR HOUSEHOLDS WITH oLDER OR DISABLED MEMBERS

Older or disabled applicants must be able to apply for and receive assistance to resolve an emergency situation within 18 hours for life threatening and 48 hours for non-life threatening crisis, without leaving their home. In these cases, the previous year's application is used as a guideline if information is missing from the current HAP1 State of Alaska's LIHEAP application submission.
