3004-2 ASSISTANCE CATEGORIES
The presence of an individual who is over age 60, is legally disabled, or a child under six years of age are factors in determining the benefit level. This information should be recorded in ECOS Energy Community Online System for each individual in the household on the "Application Members" screen. Income information related to these categories should be recorded on the "Income" screen.
Other categories tracked in ECOS Energy Community Online System include:
Veterans Disability Benefits – recorded for each applicable individual in the household on the "Application Members" and "Income" screens in ECOS Energy Community Online System .
SNAP Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program – recorded for each applicable individual in the household on the "Application Summary" screen in ECOS Energy Community Online System .
ATAP Alaska Temporary Assistance Program / TANF Temporary Assistance to Needy Families – recorded on the "Application Summary" and "Income" screens in ECOS Energy Community Online System .
Disabled – recorded for each applicable individual in the household on the "Application Members" and "Income" screens in ECOS Energy Community Online System .
Supplemental Security Income – recorded for each applicable individual in the household on the "Income" screen in ECOS Energy Community Online System .
Adult Public Assistance – recorded for each applicable individual in the household on the "Application Summary" and "Income" screens in ECOS Energy Community Online System .
Elderly – recorded for each applicable individual in the household on the "Application Members" screen in ECOS Energy Community Online System .
Unemployment Insurance Benefits ( UIB Unemployment Insurance Benefits ) – recorded for each applicable individual in the household on the "Income" screen in ECOS Energy Community Online System .
Categorical Eligibility - recorded for each applicable individual in the household on the "Application Members" and "Income" screen in ECOS.
