Overview
The Residential Licensing Unit licenses assisted living homes based on state rules and regulations. The office:
Provides orientation on state rules, licensing, and fees
Inspects all licensed facilities annually
Maintains a current list of licensed homes
Monitors homes with the help of partner agencies and providers
